In the book Kham and the crew take you on an exciting trip along Thailand's ancient
waterways in search of the secrets and influences behind Thai cuisine. Kham shares 80
of his favourite recipes, together with interesting annecdotes, tips and hints. A supporting DVD is currently in production.
